Every great story starts with a moment of inspiration. For PawSafe founders Chris and Nick, it began with their parallel journeys into first-time dog parenthood as adults.

Chris had always dreamed of having a dog, but it wasn't until he met his future wife that this dream became reality with Ping Ping, their lovable French Bulldog. Like many new pet parents, they found themselves navigating a maze of products and conflicting advice. Their family later grew with the addition of Zumo, a fun-loving English Bulldog.

Nick's path to dog parenthood was his own adventure. After years of city living and travel, he was ready to welcome a four-legged companion into his life. He found his perfect match in Whiskey, a tiny Yorkshire Terrier with an outsized personality and boundless energy.

As friends and new pet parents, Chris and Nick often found themselves discussing the challenges they faced. They identified a clear need in the market: a trusted, comprehensive resource for pet care. This shared vision led to the creation of PawSafe – a brand built on real experience and genuine understanding of pet parents' needs.
